How to Return an Item

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process:

    • Step 1: Log in to your Cartnest account and go to the Order History section.
    • Step 2: Select the order or item you wish to return and click on Return Request.
    • Step 3: Fill out the required details, including the reason for the return, and submit your request.
    • Step 4: We will arrange for a return pickup or provide a shipping label if necessary.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Cartnest covers the return shipping cost.
    • For other returns (e.g., you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, such as your credit/debit card, digital wallet, or bank account.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
